Really happy with my experience. Originally I was looking at 2 different makes of cars but the service was excellent at mini. Delivery of the car was delayed due to fault with mini but Joshua made sure I had a hire car to keep me on the road.

I was lost without my car. Mini servicing got it back to me promptly. They were able to find fault. Order the part the next day and get it fixed and back to me by the evening. Outstanding service.
